New Knippa teacher Justin Urrabazo, has carried many titles. Among them are FFA advisor, agricultural science and mechanics teacher, assistant superintendent for the UCJLS Farm Projects committee, and former combination welder in the petro-chemical industry. Mr. Urrabazo spent 2 years teaching Ag Science/Mech at Uvalde high school, and before that he spent over 10 years in the industry of welding. Mr. Urrabazo is married to his wife Madison Urrabazo, and is a father of two. He has many different hobbies including the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and hiking. He also enjoys running a small farm with goats, chickens, and ducks. He also finds enjoyment in getting students involved in building farm projects for the Uvalde County Junior Livestock Show, and other events. Mr. Urrabazo is also very passionate about agriculture, being the advisor to an FFA Chapter, with hopes to build the best chapter he can for Knippa FFA by including as many students as possible in the many competitions and events for FFA.
